Do you keep each property's laundry separate?
Yes — meticulously. Every unit's laundry goes into its own tagged bag at drop-off, is washed and folded separately, and comes back exactly as its own bag. Nothing mixes between properties or customers.
How fast can I get linens back?
Next-day is standard at $2.00/lb. Same-day is available for $2.50/lb — call before you head over so we can plan for your check-in.
Is there a minimum?
10 pounds — a single turnover's bedding and towels usually clears it on its own.
Can you handle comforters and bulky items?
Sheets, towels, and bath mats are our bread and butter — call ahead about bulky items like comforters so we can plan the load.
Can my cleaner drop off and pick up for me?
Absolutely — the tag follows the unit, not the person. Your cleaner can fold the laundry stop right into the turnover run.
Do you pick up or deliver?
Not currently — drop-off and pick-up happen at our Muldoon Rd store, and we keep both fast. It's easy to pair the stop with your turnover drive.
How does billing work for multiple listings?
